Because every Djouneglow product is made especially for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we happily replace or refund products that arrive damaged, defective or misprinted.

How to request a return

1. Email hello@djouneglow.store within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item.
3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
